MISSION:

To give kids and parents a small, safe, fun summer environment!

The main activity for each day will really be swimming. Unstructured (for the most part), free swimming, relaxing, sliding, floating, pretending, soaking up the sun and sky!

ABOUT ME:

I am Joy Densford, if you don't already know me! I am married (15 years!) to Ronnie Densford, and we have a son at home named Wyatt. He will be 11 in May. We also have a daughter who lives in Savannah, GA, and she has a family of her own!

I know a lot of moms in the AV and we are always looking for fun things to do in the summer time - especially when it is so hot out! I have had several swim parties and the kids have the time of their lives in our huge backyard. In addition to the pool, there is a large grassy area perfect for running around or sitting in some shade. And one of the best things is the bathroom located right inside the back door! Or maybe one of the best things is the outside refrigerator? Or maybe the slide into the pool? I don't know - I just know we have the perfect backyard for Happy Campers!

A little more about me - I have had several careers in my lifetime, but the most relevant one is probably that I was a middle school teacher for a couple of years. I have homeschooled my son for 5 years. And as I've mentioned, I've hosted some very big pool parties in this yard and it is always a lot of fun!
